Non-Regression: Unwanted Scroll-bar is seen in bigbasket.com for different zoom levels.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1)Launch chrome and goto http://www.bigbasket.com/cl/fruits-vegetables/?nc=nb
(2)Now,Zoom-out the page to 25% and observe. Again Zoom-in the page from 25% to 67% or 75% and observe.(Refer video)

Expected: No unwanted Scroll-bar should appear.
Actual : Instead, Scroll-bar appear.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-34(34.0.1752.0).
