Hey minnicat20@, there isn't much we can do without more details.

M55 is the current version on stable, and it looks like you're running M54, so I'd start by upgrading. You might also have better luck over at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome .

If you want me to take a look, you can attach a screenshot or 'Dump status' of chrome://sync-internals/ to this bug for each device, along with a description of which pieces of information are not correctly syncing, and the steps you take to create/view those pieces of information.
