Chrome 57.0.2950.0 on Linux

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a webpage with iframe which includes script tag
2. Edit script in extenal editor
3. Reload the frame (only the frame)

Expected: script is re-requested (since devtools' "disable cache" is checked)

Actual: only main resource is reloaded.
