Tested on Linux 55.0.2883.75

- Enter some text in the DevTools console prompt, but do not press enter
- Place mouse in the whitespace underneath the console
- Hold and drag the mouse up until the text in the prompt is selected
- Try to delete the text by pressing Backspace or pressing any letter key

Expected: console prompt text contents should be overridden
Actual: I'm unable to alter the prompt's text.  The selection highlight color is light purple/blue on Linux
