Remove Sync first sign in log spam

Project Member Reported by s...@chromium.org, Dec 12 2016

Issue description

Every time I sign into Chrome on a fresh install, I see the following log spam:

[89953:91532:1212/151458.897071:WARNING:server_connection_manager.cc(269)] ServerConnectionManager forcing SYNC_AUTH_ERROR
[89953:91532:1212/151458.897246:WARNING:syncer_proto_util.cc(338)] Error posting from syncer: Response Code (bogus on error): -1 Content-Length (bogus on error): -1 Server Status: SYNC_AUTH_ERROR

This error is meaningless, it's an artifact of how we use HTTP and authentication, the error is actually faked early to avoid wasted round trips. We should remove this from default logging at very least.

Hmm, see issue 687671 , it seems we switched the "ServerConnectionManager forcing SYNC_AUTH_ERROR" to DVLOG(1), but the subsequent line of "Error posting from ..." is still logged as a WARNING. Reopening.
