The SRT global error appears multiple times in the menu

Chrome Version: 54.0.2840.99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I had a Chrome instance running for multiple days on which a known Unwanted software was installed.

What is the expected result?

At most one SRT global error item should appear in the menu

What happens instead?

Multiple SRT global error items appear in the menu. Clicking on each of the will show the prompt.

I just had a brief chat with Robert about this and we are probably better of just removing this from the menu in all cases.
