Steps to reproduce the problem:

2. try to style the media range inputs
3. see it not work

What is the expected behavior?
::-webkit-media-controls-timeline::-webkit-media-slider-thumb{}
should style the range inputs in the audio and video elements

What went wrong?
the range input inside the audio and video element is not styleable
