Mobmonitor: LaunchUpstartService does not work

The LaunchUpstartService Run button in Mobmonitor does not seem to work. Specifically it does not work when tried for the errors below:

"Essential moblab service "moblab-devserver-init" is not running. Please launch the service."


"Essential moblab service "moblab-database-init" is not running. Please launch the service."

When the problem happened, I manually ssh into the moblab box and tried to run moblab-database-ini service and it hangs as well.
