extensions don't show up with names in chrome traces |

Issue descriptionbut they do show up with names in chrome's task manager. This makes it very hard to debug a trace without also asking for a task manager screenshot.

Sorry, I'm actually leaving the Chrome team. Maybe someone else working on tracing can try to fix this.

It seems like TraceLog::UpdateProcessLabel() just needs to be called. I see it happening in RenderFrameImpl::DidReceiveTitle() - perhaps that's not called for extensions. oysteine@ - any thoughts on how to get this to work?
