extensions don't show up with names in chrome traces

Project Member Reported by erikc...@chromium.org, Dec 12 2016

Issue description

but they do show up with names in chrome's task manager. This makes it very hard to debug a trace without also asking for a task manager screenshot.

pinkerton@ - thanks for the cc, and erikchen@ - thanks for filing. I had been meaning to file a bug on this myself.

Assigning to jbauman@chromium.org for triage (from components/tracing/OWNERS ).

jbauman@ - this is an important change we need in tracing. What will it take to get this implemented?

Sorry, I'm actually leaving the Chrome team. Maybe someone else working on tracing can try to fix this.
It seems like TraceLog::UpdateProcessLabel() just needs to be called. I see it happening in RenderFrameImpl::DidReceiveTitle() - perhaps that's not called for extensions.

oysteine@ - any thoughts on how to get this to work?
