Cleanup: CQ for Rietveld updated descriptions to be empty

This broke Commit Position bot for chromium (tracked in 657792).
This problem existed between ~12PM UTC Dec 9th until 3PM UTC Dec 12th.

To be clear when you say "broke Commit Position bot for chromium" is only about the bot that sends messages to rietveld, not the actual Cr-Commit-Position numbering in git log right?

That seems still there in the git log, can we still rely on that numbering?

Correct, Cr-Commit-Position footers are fine.

Status: Fixed (was: Started)
OK, V8 and WebRTC aren't affected, and in Chromium there were ~10 Cls that I had to update manually. Commit position bot has caught up to latest HEAD in chromium/src.
