Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a web page. 2. Open the Dev Tools. 3. Navigate to the Elements tab. 4. Right click on any element. What is the expected behavior? The context menu has an item "Surround with element". What went wrong? There is no easy way to add a container element around the target element. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 (Official Build) m (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: 10 Flash Version: Very often I find myself in a situation, when I need to a container DIV with some css class. The only way now is to edit HTML of the parent element. But that parent could contains tens of other children, and it is then not easy to find the target one.

Thanks for submitting a feature request. CC'ing @lushnikov and @einbinder who work on authoring features for DevTools to get their feedback.

How about having a "wrap element" context menu option, which will wrap it with DIV? You would be able to rename DIV into anything else if needed via double-clicking on the tag name.
