Rich text copy/paste from Pepperflash to Word shows <flashrichtext> format

Reported by a.debo...@gynzy.com, Dec 12 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Chrome with pepperflash player
1. Go to http://www.bonth.nl/gynzy/chrome-bug/
2. Copy "BoldItalic" text from inputfield
3. Paste in new Word document (or Wordpad)
4. Instead of expected plain "BoldItalic" text you get <flashrichtext>formatting.

I can reproduce it on Windows & MacOs

What is the expected behavior?
If you copy text from an inputfield in Flash, I expect only text, without Flash formatting tags.

What went wrong?
Instead of "BoldItalic" I see
<flashrichtext version="1"> <textformat font="_sans" size="24" color="26316" bold="true" italic="false" underline="false" url="" target="" align="left" leftMargin="0" rightMargin="0" indent="0" leading="2" blockIndent="0" kerning="false" letterSpacing="0" display="block">(Bold)</textformat> <textformat font="_sans" size="24" color="26316" bold="false" italic="true" underline="false" url="" target="" align="left" leftMargin="0" rightMargin="0" indent="0" leading="2" blockIndent="0" kerning="false" letterSpacing="0" display="block">(Italic)</textformat></flashrichtext>

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.1
Flash Version: 23.0.0.207

Forgot to mention, but when I open http://www.bonth.nl/gynzy/chrome-bug/ in another browser (IE or Safari) I cannot reproduce this problem.
