Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to any page not on your bookmark list 2. Click star icon on the far right side of the addressbar 3. Click folder combo and try searching by writing some text What is the expected behavior? On step 3, it should list folders that I can place the bookmark or "Create XXXX" item to create folder. What went wrong? I believe in search. Why is the bookmarking is the most historical part of any browser? Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Tried to reproduce the issue using the following steps on windows 10 using chrome stable M55 #55.0.2883.87 1. Navigated to new page which is not in bookmarked and bookmarked using star icon. 2. Do we need to search the bookmarked url in the bookmark folder or bookmark manager ? 3. Bookmark search can be done only in bookmark manager.. @edokan--Could you please provide us the clear steps with a screencast, that may help us in triaging the issue better. Thanks !

I've attached a screen grab of bookmarking this page, then clicking the "Edit..." button on the "star" bookmark dialog, and trying to find a folder from the *many hundreds* of folders in my bookmarks. Note that this is exacerbated by the fact that some folders are collapsed and some are open so I can't just find the one I want by scrolling and scanning, I have to remember it's exact location if it isn't visible.

Sorry, I got it wrong, not the "Edit..." button, the "Choose another folder" option on the Folder drop down.
