Overlapping is seen in chrome://apps on opening devtools when UI is RTL

Chrome Version: 57.0.2949.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

Pre-Condition: Select Right-to-left of Force UI direction flag from chrome://flags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and go to chrome://apps >> Hit F12 to open devtools and observe

Expected: No such overlapping should be seen.
Actual:Instead overlapping of apps is seen.

This is a Non-regression issue as is seen from introduction of Force UI direction flag in chrome://flags from M49.

Issue is reproducible on the latest canary(57.0.2949.0) of Mac OS 10.11.6 as well.
