Wrong blur effect

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Proper blur effect.

What went wrong?
As you seen in the top of the site the navigation has some blur effect that applied with CSS. I checked it on another browser like firefox but the problems aren't belonging to site it related to chrome.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 16.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Unable to observe any difference between Firefox and Chrome 55 assuming the apple.com link is the test case.

Can you please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing so we know what to look for? Thanks!

Not seeing this issue on e.g. the front page of Apple's site, nor on the iphone unexpected shutdown link. Could you please provide a *specific link* to a page exhibiting the failure (or even better, a test case)?
