I was seeing very janky behavior when scrolling through a chrome trace in chrome:tracing.

When I checked the /var/log/ui/ui.LATEST I see:

Attached is a trace that I think might be the trace taken when scrolling another trace in chrome:tracing.

At 5,422.382 beings a InputLatency:GestureFlingStart event that takes 322 ms, which sounds like it might correspond to the super laggy scrolling.
