[BugBash] Virtual keyboard - In Slides the keyboard keeps on poping up

In tablet mode (flipped all the way open), when using Google Slides (in Chrome), touching a slide in the left slide sorter brings up the virtual keyboard. This happens with every slide you touch.

Confirmed it happens even on Android if PC version of the site is shown on Chrome.
