Blue rectangle overlaps the "Best developer"text on the "Apps" page after clicking on the app name

Issue description
Chrome Version : 55.0.2883.75 m (64-bit)

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: FAIL (Version 5.1.7 (7534.57.2))
Firefox: PASS
IE: PASS
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open https://play.google.com/store/apps
(2) Choose any app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.vinci.android)
(3) Click on the app name (Vinci)
What is the expected result? Nothing happened
What happens instead? Blue rectangle appears and overlaps the "Best developer" text on the "Applications" page after clicking on the app name.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6,Win 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using stable 55.0.2883.87 and canary 57.0.2949.0. This is a non-regression issue since M 35.0.1849.0. |
