Increase wpa_supplicant verbosity, track AP selection/roaming better

Issue description

M-55 sees an increase in disconnect-reconnect sequences, wpa-supplicant makes the decision to leave  an AP to go to a better one in the same SSID. 
Increase the logging for this part.
