[CVox 2] Request for "sticky" braille typing |

Issue descriptionBraille request: for any users with both visual and motor impairments, we need a way to have “sticky” braille typing on the perkins style keyboard, so that you don’t have to hold down a chord to type a letter. The functionality should be: you type one dot at a time, then press the spacebar twice to indicate that the chord is finished. So to type the letter b, you would first type dot one, then dot two, then space twice to indicate that you’re done. This should simply be an option in the CVox options page, off by default.

I would like to better understand how many users would want this feature. Also, I assume we would want it for input in addition to chords (e.g. regular character input as well as chorded commands).

Read the original writeup and wanted to clarify: A chord is the combination of a braille pattern and the space bar. For example, h-chord (dot 1-2-5 with space) is the chord for next heading. This is different than just 'h', which would be dot 1-2-5 without spacebar; typing this would do nothing when outside of a text field, and type 'h' when in a text field.
