3D Spatial feedback about mouse-pointer position

Version: 56.0.2924.12
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable ChromeVox Next
2. SEARCH+O+O to Enable "Sonify mouse position"
3. Move mouse pointer around screen

Observed: Silence
Expected: pitch, tone, and L/R stereo to change based on x/y of mouse-pointer
