Kiosk printing takes a long to transmit job to printing quee

Issue descriptionVersion: Version 55.0.2883.87 m OS: Windows 7 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Pause default printer (2) Open crome with --kiosk-printing (3) Print something (4) Observer time job takes to be inside printing queue What is the expected result? The printing job is transmitted to printing queue in less than 100ms. What happens instead? The transmission can take up to 10 seconds to be finished. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. This happened after updating to Chrome 55, it was fine in Chrome 54.

bjoernhaeuser@, does this happen to a particular file or every file? Could you pls attach a file if it only happens to certain files, this will help debugg the issue, thanks!

Hi (do I have to add specific names here? weili@)! Is there anything I could do here? I have no knowledge about Chromium Internals, so even looking at code (and the changes in the release) does not yield any results for me :( Thanks Björn
