Several tests failing on chromium.perf Android Nexus 7v2 at 437414-437474 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionRevision range first seen: 437414-437474 Link to failing step log: https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chrome%2Fbb%2Fchromium.perf%2FAndroid_Nexus7v2_Perf__3_%2F3617%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2Fpage_cycler_v2.intl_es_fr_pt-BR%2F0%2Fstdout Tests newly failing in this revision range: - loading.mobile - page_cycler_v2.intl_es_fr_pt-br - memory.top_10_mobile_stress - smoothness.sync_scroll.key_mobile_sites_smooth - tracing.tracing_with_debug_overhead (and a bunch more) Link to first failing run: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Nexus7v2%20Perf%20%283%29/builds/3617 Looking at the breakpad crashes (https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chrome%2Fbb%2Fchromium.perf%2FAndroid_Nexus7v2_Perf__3_%2F3617%2F%2B%2Frecipes%2Fsteps%2Fsymbolized_breakpad_crashes%2F0%2Fstdout), which can't be symbolized because apparently the crashes happen in a non-Chromium library, it looks like many of them either have to do with "libsqllite.so", "libsonivox.so", "libdvm.so", or "libicui18n.so". I'm going to kick off a return code bisect on one of the failed tests to see if it comes up with anything. If the test is disabled, please downgrade to Pri-2.

The first revision range that I gave on this bug is incorrect. I just went ahead and fixed it.

=== TEST FAILURE === === Auto-CCing suspected CL author alancutter@chromium.org === Hi alancutter@chromium.org, the bisect results pointed to your CL, please take a look at the results. ===== BISECT JOB RESULTS ===== Status: completed ===== SUSPECTED CL(s) ===== Subject : Make InvalidatableInterpolation's InterpolationTypes decided at effect application time Author : alancutter Commit description: This patch replaces PropertyInterpolationTypesMapping with CSS and SVG InterpolationTypesMap classes that are provided to InvalidatableInterpolation objects via the InterpolationEnvironment. InvalidatableInterpolations are no longer provided with the list of InterpolationTypes at construction, now they retrieve the list at effect application time during applyStack(). This is in preparation for supporting smooth animation of registered custom properties.
