Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/53.0.2785.143 Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Write some lines into the JavaScript editor of the Developer Tools 2. Place multiple cursors (Keep CTRL then click, click, click...) 3. Press the tab key What is the expected behavior? A tab character should be inserted at the cursor position for *each* cursor. What went wrong? A tab character is inserted at the cursor position of the last cursor inserted. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75 Channel: stable OS Version: 4.8.0-28 Flash Version: Well, it works sometime... Keep trying.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest stable M55-55.0.2883.75 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the tab character is inserted at the cursor position for each cursor as expected. smoppy@ Are you able to reproduce this issue on incognito mode as well? and could you please let us know on which linux flavor are you seeing this issue? Thanks!

Yes, I can reproduce the issue on incognito mode. Here is some info about my OS: $ lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Release: 16.04 Codename: xenial $ uname -sr Linux 4.4.0-45-generic Attached is a video demo (~365K).
