Crhome puts Google Drive offline, all the time

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.99
OS Version: 10.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Google Drive
2. Work a short while
3. Dispair that you suddly are offline

What is the expected result?
Stay online for Drive, as it works for all other browsers

What happens instead of that?
I get offline in Drive. Hav to go to net-internals and flush sockets for it to work again. Does this at least twice a day

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.11.6 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 55.0.2883.87 and latest canary 57.0.2950.0 with the steps mentioned above.

Could you please upgrade to the Chrome latest stable version and please let us know your observations if the issue still persists.
