OS: Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and sign into any account.
(2) Import any supervised user, once imported switch to main user.
(3) Exit Child lock in the main user and try to sign in back.
(4) Try to maximize/minimize the sign in dialog and observe.

What is the expected result?
> Should be able to maximize/minimize the sign in dialog.

What happens instead?
> Nothing happens clicking the maximize/minimize button on the sign in dialog.

> This works fine on the latest canary of Windows and Mac.
> Issue is Linux specific and seen on stable version: 55.0.2883.75 as well as on older version 52.0.2743.75.
