please create a chrome option to add a second toolbar line. please!

[Mac Triage] You don't specify whether this is for the Browser Tab bar or the Bookmarks Bar. In either case, both have duplicate bugs ( issue 3345 ,  issue 132246 ) marked as WontFix.
