Developers should have some type of view in the Application panel as to what Web Workers are in use on the origin. Currently the only way to know is by looking in the Sources panel for the web worker files. Which is clunky and *may* not always reflect whether they are actively running or not it seems.

Solution:

A tab within Application for Web Workers. A simple list with a running indicator and a link to the source location in Sources should be a good baseline feature-set here.
