Non-Regression: Preview of toggle filters is not showing current preview in Camera.app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> go to camera app>> Click on toggle filters>> try to move your face right or left>. close the toggle filters>> and again open the toggle filters>> and observe

Expected: Preview of the toggle filters should show current view
Actual: Instead initially it's showing the 1st preview then updating to current view

Raising this as a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M55

What's the delay for previewing filters being updated to the current view?

Delay less than 2 seconds is expected for previewing filters updated to the current view. Closing this bug.
