Please take build902-m4 out of the Swarming pool and diagnose it

This bot's failing almost all of the tests it runs:

Something looks wrong in its configuration. Chrome's reporting that no GPU is available.

The card is there with the correct driver installed but Windows is reporting a problem with it and disabling it.
