Cropped Post-Decode Video shows no improvement after M56 ffmpeg roll

Check the Frame_Cropping videos at https://storage.googleapis.com/videostack/testdata/index.html

These four videos show a red crop at the top, which should not be there:

FFmpeg 3.0 resolved the 'huge' cases, but top and left frame crops are still incorrect. There are not plans to work on this at this time, since top and left crops are incredibly rare.
