Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Upgrade to a MacBook Pro from late 2016 with a touch bar 
2. Open Chrome.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The URL Bar and the navigation buttons should be replicated on the touch bar as they are in Safari

What went wrong?
The default touch bar controls are there.
