/botlist doesn't show the current valid version and the bots that are on stale versions

On the old UI, the ones not matching the current version had a yellow background. This is useful to know the rate at which the bots update after a version upgrade.

I'd even recommend to always color bots even if the version column is not shown.

Make old version bots show up yellow on botlist

Also make "bot" i.e. "Bot Assigned" column show up by default in task
list
