AdWords UI is broken on Chrome 55

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a Video campaign on adwords.google.com.
2. Go to its campaign settings.

What is the expected behavior?
UI looks normal. Like

UI is messed up. Like

Did this work before? Yes 54

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu LTS 14.04

Works fine in Firefox 50.
