Regression: Typed number is not visible in pdf page with browser font size to 'Very small'.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.21 (Official Build) 4d0fd85f092f947ef72046f62e953ecf44d5e64a-refs/branch-heads/2924@{#401} (32/64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps: 
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings, set the browser font size to 'Very small'
2. Navigate to http://www.orimi.com/pdf-test.pdf and click on page number box.
3. Type any number for eg. 7 and observe.

Actual: Typed number is not visible.

Expected: Typed number should be properly visible. 

This is a regression issue broken in M-49.

Manual Regression range:
Good Build: 49.0.2619.0
Bad Build: 49.0.2621.0

Still able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6 using latest chrome version 57.0.2952.0

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #54.0.2840.59, Canary 57.0.2972.0 in Mac 10.12.2 and was able to reproduce the issue.

Observations:
-------------
M30-M47 : PDF page number box was not available and please find the screen shot for reference.
M-48 : PDF page number box is available.

This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M48 #48.0.2527.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Note : Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

This issue appears to be on the PDF plugin UI, not print preview (the Print Preview UI is not opened on either of the videos). Moving to PDF plugin and marking available with a lower priority.

I think this is  bug 541068 , so marking this as a duplicate. Please verify this is fixed in Chrome 64 or newer.
