Overlapping of text is seen with resize icon in devtools.

OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now go to 'Profiles' section and take a 'Heap snapshot'(Some summary is generated) and drag the 'Summary' column to RHS and observe 'Retainers' text 

Actual: Overlapping of 'Retainers' text is seen with resize icon.
Expected: Overlapping of 'Retainers' text should not be seen with resize icon.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-35 series from build # 35.0.1849.0

Thanks for reporting. We're going to leave this alone for now, and focus on the bad column sizing in the data grid instead. :)
