Steps:
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings and set browser font size to 'Very Large'.
2. Navigate to chrome://history, zoom in the webpage to 500%, now select any history entry such that 'Cancel' and 'Delete' button is seen.
3. Scroll the horizontal scrollbar and observe the toolbar search field.

Actual: Delete button is not seen.

Expected: Delete button should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-53.
