Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2924.21 (Official Build)4d0fd85f092f947ef72046f62e953ecf44d5e64a-refs/branch-heads/2924@{#401} 32/64-bit. OS: Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome, open 2-3 webpages and navigate to chrome://history. 2. Zoom in the page to 300% and resize the browser towards L.H.S from R.H.S. 3. Drag the horizontal scroll bar and observe. Actual: Unable to scroll the page. Expected: Should be able to scroll the webpage. This is a regression issue broken in M-53. Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 10 using chrome version 57.0.2976.5. lpanse@ Could you please check the issue on latest build and update the thread.

I'm unable to reproduce on current master (58.0.3029.0). When I zoom in the page and resize the browser window, I only see one horizontal scroll bar (see screenshot). I am able to drag that scrollbar as expected. Marking this bug as WontFix, but feel free to reopen if the bug can still be reproduced. |
