Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Under ExtensionInstallforcelsit key i created a string value contain "id_of_the_extension;http://localserver/crx

What is the expected behavior?
The extension is not installed 

What went wrong?
I use procpon an network monitor and its show that chrome connecting to server by http but its not installed the extension i also saw with  procmon that chrome looks for extensioninstallforcelist registry
