Non Regression: Sign in overlay goes unresponsive after navigating back from create supervised user overlay.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.19/9000.21.0 dev-channel Jerry,Peppy,Daisy and Candy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome with valid credentials and sign-out
(2)Now in sign-in screen click on three dot Menu to Add supervised User
(3)Click on 'Create Supervised User' button>> Enter incorrect password in 'Choose the manager for this supervised user' overlay>> After you see error message then click on previous button.
(4)Click cancel icon in supervised user overlay such that you navigate back to sign-in overlay
(5) Now enter password and Observe. (Please refer video)

Expected: Should be able to sign-in successfully.
Actual: Instead sign-in overlay goes unresponsive.

This is Non-Regression issue seen from M-49.
