Non-Regression : Unnecessary Red Highlight is seen in 'Choose the manager for this supervised user' Overlay

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.19/9000.21.0 dev-channel Jerry,Peppy,Daisy and Candy
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Create two Persons-> Now in sign-out screen click on three dot Menu to Add supervised User
(2)Click on 'Create Supervised User' -> Now 'Choose the manager for this supervised user' Overlay  is seen then enter wrong password for any person(Ex: Person A) then Error Message is displayed with Red Highlight to Text Field-> Now select another person (Ex:Person B)with Mouse pointer
(3)Again select Person A and observe Red Highlight for Text Field(Please refer Video)

Expected: Unnecessary Red Highlight should not be seen after selecting other person
Actual: Instead Unnecessary Red Highlight is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-49

Note: 
Issue is not seen upon Using Arrow Buttons through Keyboard i.e. Use Arrow buttons to select person B and then select Person A -> Now observe No Red highlight is seen
