Letter-spacing problem in chinese punctuation font

Issue descriptionDevice name: Nexus 5X From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: Chrome 54.0.2840.85 Operating system: Android 7.0.0; Nexus 5X Build/N5D91L URLs (if applicable): Steps to reproduce: (1) (2) (3) Expected result: All lines are having same number of characters. Actual result: Some lines are having different number of characters. If the line contains a punctuation of chinese style open quotation mark, that line will count extra 1 character. PS: I have checked below version is working as expected. Application version: Chrome 52.0.2743.98 Operating system: Android 6.0.1; Nexus 5 Build/MOB30Y

Thanks for the reply, You can see a word will overflow outside div via attached screenshots. Especially if a line contains a punctuation of chinese style open quotation mark. Thank you!

I can't confirm the issue using http://output.jsbin.com/fajixi/ on: - SONY Xperia, Android 6.0.1 - Nexus 6P, Anroid 7.1, Chrome Canary 57.0.2927.0/Stable 55.0.2883.91 There must be something else needed to reproduce, but haven't figured out what it is yet.

I was able to repro this issue on a Nexus 5X / N4F26I. Screenshot and Logs @ http://go/chrome-androidlogs1/6/672383 Please let me know if you need any more info from the device or if I can help in anyway.
