[PaymentRequest] Weird interaction when wanting to edit+select a card

Hi, in the following screenshots I wanted to interact a weird interaction.

If a card is selected (4242) but the user is interested in both selecting and editing a different card (4111), there is an extra, unexpected tap.

Number2.png: Some card is selected by default (4242) but I wish to edit the other card (4111)
Number3.png: I need to select the 4111 card first, after which the section collapses
Number4.png: I need to reopen the section to see the pencil icon for 4111.

hwi@: let me know if you have some comments about this flow. Some suggestions could be to add a pencil icon in the collapsed section when we just selected a card manually. Another possibility is to show pencils on every card and tapping on the pencil of an unselected card both edits it and selects it. Another options is to do nothing :)

It could be improved. Pasting the note from crbug.com/664582#c2

Future note: we need to think about a better way to display edit options to make it look more pleasing. One idea is to have "Edit" button in the same row as "+ADD CARD/ADD ADDRESS" to enable/toggle pencils on editable profiles.
