Question text not displayed for checkbox answers - CapitalOne360

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://secure.capitalone360.com/myaccount/banking/externalLink?execution=e5s3&stateId=presentQuestions&dnr=-1

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. For a CapitalOne360 account without text message second step authentication
2. When adding an external account link, after entering routing# and account#
3. On the personal info verification page, only the checkbox answers, not the question text is displayed.

What is the expected behavior?
Question text should be displayed

What went wrong?
DK.  This bug was 
introduced with m55 (present 55.0.2883.23 forward, still present in 57.0.2944.0,
was OK in 54.0.2840.71

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.75  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0.0.175 r0

The URL is only valid in the account update process, i.e. not much use in validating/reproducing the problem.

I submitted a customer report with CapitalOne today.
 
oops 55.0.2883.23 should be 55.0.2883.28

Problem also occurs in incognito mode on 55.0.2883.75

Bisect: This use case failure was introduced between
  (good) 55.0.2845.0 canary 8/31/16 and
  (bad)  55.0.4847.0 canary 9/2/16
I left the CR# with CapitalOne, with a request for a public accessible page with the same problem. Don't know when it will make it to their tech center.

Since this problem only affects CapitalOne online users without text message second step authentication (presumably small minority), and only shows up when linking to/adding a new external account, an infrequent activity, this use case failure, by itself, is probably a low priority.  But if the CapitalOne questionnaire has this problem, it will probably show up elsewhere too.

Verified (canary 57.0.2945.0): fixed  issue 672321 : CapitalOne Add External Account bug.  Question text is now displayed.
