The layout test images/color-profile-drag-image.html fails because of this.

Looks like the issue is not adding an interposing canvas.

color: Draw blink::DragImage to sRGB

When click-dragging an image, color convert the image to sRGB.

Prior to this patch, we would convert the image to the output color
space, but that is not well defined.
