Add color conversion to blink::Image sub-classes and related classes

The following blink::Image sub-classes do not perform color conversion, and are not tracked in any separate bugs
- PaintGeneratedImage
- PlaceholderImage
- ImagePattern
- GradientGeneratedImage
- AcceleratedStaticBitmapImage
- ImageBitmapRenderingContext
