Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Providing an example here instead of my application requirement.
goto OneDrive.com in chrome
2. Select a directory that contains a single subdirectory. For example:
test1dir
\- test2dir
\- test3dir
\- file1.txt
\- file2.txt
3. Select upload folder option and select test1dir
What is the expected behavior?
I Expect the folder test1dir created and inside it, the other folder test2dir created, etc...
What went wrong?
created only one folder test3dir and files inside it.
Did this work before? No
Does this work in other browsers? Yes
Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
It was working in Edge and Firefox. when it will work in Chrome?

Can confirm that this is indeed what the code explicitly seems to be doing. Re-assigning to the correct component though, since this isn't a FileAPI thing.
