Password generation triggers on schwab.com login form

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.12 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: 9000.15.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit schwab.com.
(2) Enter username on the login form on the right-hand side of the page.
(3) Click on the password field.

What is the expected result?
Nothing, or suggestion to use a saved password.

What happens instead?
Suggestion to use a password generated by Chrome.

Seems unlikely that this is a Chrome OS only bug.
