when on a tab and hit enter it goes to some crazy website and won't let me do anything

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. on amazon and search, hit enter and some other website pops up in another window
2.

What is the expected behavior?
be able to search and hit enter without going to another tab

What went wrong?
Have no idea

Did this work before? Yes not sure

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-7, Windows-10, Mac-10.11.6 and linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version 55.0.2883.75 and latest canary 57.0.2945.0 and reported version 54.0.2840.99 with the steps mentioned above.
Please find the attached screen-cast and could you please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.
