Android System WebView is disabled by default on Android 7.0+ and this is normal. The WebView functionality is provided by Chrome instead, to save you bandwidth and disk space updating two separate copies of the code. If Chrome is disabled, WebView will be enabled automatically to ensure you keep getting updates.

If you're having an actual problem with applications that use WebView you'll have to let us know what the problem is, because it's not caused by WebView being disabled.
Having issues with viewing Amazon shopping app. It says to update webview

Update Chrome to the latest version; this will give you the latest WebView. If Amazon still tells you to update WebView then the Amazon app is incorrect.
